Lifestyle changes : First, check TSH and some other labs to see if you have any medical problems contributing to weight gain. Second, have low salt and carb intake. Third, the most important part is daily excersise for atleast 30 minutes per day. Obesity is mother of all lifestyle diseases and you have to take steps now to prevent all these bad diseases. Remember, prevention is better than cure !
