It is normal : It is normal, if it is sunken it means the baby is dehydrated, so it is ok.

Positional: Babies soft spot acts somewhat like a water balloon in that laying down the soft spot may bulge out a little and sitting up it is often flat with the skull or a little sunken. Under the spot lies the coverings of the brain & a fluid filled envelope that acts as a cushion from trauma.
