A small dark sunken spot on the tip of my nose that seems to be getting larger, i have not observed it long enough so it may not be an accurate deduction but i do think it is getting larger... could it possibly be a fungal infection??

Lesions that do not resolve on their own after about two weeks should be examined by a physician to determine what they might be. A dermatologist is a good place to start.
