You really need to: have this checked out! Your eye doctor can see it iunder a slit lamp microscope and tell you exactly what's going on. Any inflammation will have dilated capillaries surrounding it. The key is to get to it early, and see what else is going on INSIDE the eyeball too! So, don't delay! It may be nothing, and then it may be something! We can't diagnose on this forum, but your doctor can! Call now!
