Get seen ASAP.: You sound very ill. A prolonged period between urinating such as 12 hours is too long and suggests you are severely dehydrated. This needs to be treated immediately with IV fluids. Have someone bring you to a local urgent care center or emergency room right away, or call 911. If you wait longer without treatment you run the risk of getting worse which could be life threatening.

Dr ASAP: The fact that you have not urinated in 12 hours, along with vomiting and diarrhea, means that you are probably dehydrated and will need fluid replacement right away. Since you are not keeping anything down, you will need IV fluids asap. What are you waiting for ! you should be at your doctor's office or in the emergency room !
