Stress: Frequent pvc's can decrease the cardiac out put and lower BP which can make you feel bad. If you avoid caffeine, cultivate a good night sleep, meditate and relax, eat a healthy diet, take enough vit d3, and walk or move frequently through the day you might feel better. It is a wake up call to move towards better health.

PVC's: Premature ventricular contractions occur due to a minor conduction deficit in the heart muscle. They are common, are of no significant consequence if infrequent. Pairs or longer runs of pvc's become more problematic due to inadequate pumping of blood. See your doc.

PVC couplets: The most common causes can be narrowed down based on a normal or abnormal heart structure (should be reported on your echocardiogram). The heart pump is interrupted for a few seconds with a couplet causing a transient lack of blood flow & bad feeling. See your cardiologist & consider holter, stress, or EKG testing. Call 911 if pass out, chest pain, or breathless.
