PVC's are in general not treated as most of the time they do not interfere significantly with overall heart activity. If there is a clear cause and the condition is treatable, treating the root may address the PVC's as well.

Treating the cause of myocarditis is mote relevant than treating the symptom of PVCs. If your symptoms persist you should consult a cardiologist.
