It may be hard: If you are normal body weight, follow a good diet, and exercise regularly, the belly fat might be normal for you. In some cases, it can be due to a resistance to insuliin (the hormone that helps lower blood sugar). In that case, increased exercise (at least 30 minutes daily of "cardio"), weight- lifting 2-3 times/ week, and eating less carbs (sugars, breads, rice, pastas, white potatoes) may help.
