Caffeine & anxiety: Drip coffee has about 145 mg of caffeine and green tea has about 25 mg. So, it would take a lot of green tea to create an anxiety problem. The caffeine in coffee can add up quickly. Btw, a single shot of espresso contains less than half of the caffeine found in a cup of drip coffee.
