Theanine is found: In tea. It helps the brain become focused yet relaxed. You can purchase theanine in health food stores. (the L before theanine means it will work more quickly.) neuroscience labs has theanine products. Peace and good health. The EGCG in the green tea speeds up metabolism which can act as a mild fat-burner. You can purchase EGCG capsules in health food store also but probably don't need it.
