A lot!: There is very strong scientific evidence showing that cardiac rehabilitation is beneficial in people after a heart attack, heart surgery, heart failure, transplant. The benefits include improved physical fitness, reduction in risk factors, fewer hospitalizations, better long-term survival and quality of life! strongly recommend it!
