See below.: Treadmill and exercise bicycling are the most often utilized modalities. In addition hand weights are helpful for upper body conditioning. All exercise is monitored and supervised to achieve optimal intensity.

A few things: Cardiac rehab exercises include stretching, theraband exercises, treadmill and exercise bikes under cardiac monitors and nurse supervision. Once past this any aerobic exercise is beneficial. A moderate level of exercise is recommended, and keeping your heart rate at 70-80% of your maximum heart rate while doing them. Talk to your cardiologist for additional information.
