Many...: The development of 'cardiac' rehabilitation was a huge step forward in the treatment of patients whom have suffered from a variety of heart issues most importantly heart attacks(myocardial infarctions). Rehab enables patients to regain their strength and level of activity slowly so they can return to their lives; and live them fully.
