What is a low density solid lesion in the adnexa, lateral to uterus, and says cystic vs fat island (was found on ct scan)?

Ultrasound may help: Ct is not great at imaging the female pelvis. We often see abnormalities that are not clearly characterized. A followup transvaginal ultrasound would help to further characterize the abnormality.
