I have a dull ache in my right side in the region appendicitis pain typically is. i have had a cyst on this side before.what's the pain difference?

Maybe none: Pain could be exactly the same, but if you feel it is like the cust pain you had before, that is probable. However, if it is progressive, see a doctor asap.
