Yes: Zofran (ondansetron) is not contraindicated with wpw.

Probably not: Tough question because zofran (ondansetron) can prolong qt, esp in those with low magnesium and potassium, but does not cause wpw, they are different mechanism. Given that, zofran (ondansetron) seems to have some effects on heart, so prob good idea to hold off, if only a couple of doses, then prob fine.
