What is Question?: Lh is the hormone that triggers ovulation and starts the genetic process called meiosis to make the egg have half the chromosomes. We usually use lh treatment to trigger ovulation as in nature ( we usually use hcg, a similar hormone). If you do not ovulate then you do not have lh for ovulation with other hormone imbalance. I suggest you see your doc and review your situation for options. Best.
