Ancestors: You are now approaching mid age when front "pots" start showing up on a usually "lean and mean fighting machine"! sory for being so blunt, but our family build either side is inherited as genetic make-up and can't be altered. You can go to a gymn and get an evaluation for an exercise program but make sure you have a thorough health exam also. You can minimize genetics by dieting carefully.
