Is it still possible for wisdom teeth to grow if you have a small mouth?

No - impaction: If there is not enough room in your jaw for the teeth to erupt, then they will impact and not grow in. You must see your dentist to make this determination.

Yes: But typically there is not enough room for them to errupt in a correct position and instead start pushing on the teeth in front of them.
