What should i do for cardio for weight loss during a back injury?

Yes: Regular aerobic exercise is good for the heart and good for the spine. The trick is to find something that you can do that raises your heart rate without aggravating your back discomfort. If you have access to a pool, many can swim, walk in walk, or do water aerobics with low impact on your back. Your doctor or therapist can guide you in your own particular situation.

Try swimming.: Swimming would be an excellent aerobic exercise and would be very good for back pain as well. Find a swimming stroke that you can do comfortably. Also simply walking will help your back and aerobic fitness.
