My 2 year old grand daughter has the flu and is taking tamiflu (oseltamivir). last night she threw up black gunk. what would cause this, and should we be concerned?

Don't Panic,Call Doc: Did she have a nosebleed? Black gunk can be from old swallowed blood. Was is something she ate? Like oreo's. These questions and others from her doctor can help figure it out and ease your mind. Just give him/her a call.
