Should i be worried of having blood clots ( black bumps) all over my testicals?

No: I would ask your fam dr to look at them and he agrees that they are "blood spots" or capillary hemangiomas or varicosities, them there is nothing to worry about . They sometimes will bleed just a little if traumatized.
