Get Ultrasound: When it is small, ct cannot characterize them then ultrasound might help.

Had a CT enterography done to look for crohn's, and it showed subcentimeter lesions (likely cysts) on my liver and kidneys. Concerning that these didn't show on a CT scan I had done a year and a half ago? Or could they grow in that time?
Why would a utrasound show a fatty liver but a week before i had a CT scan & it only showed a small cyst on the lower lobe of the liver .
