No: Jungle rot is known as a tropical ulcer. It is caused by mycobacterium, so the answer is no. Treatment is local wound care with oral antibiotics.

Depends: Jungle rot is not the same as athletes foot. If you meant to say athletes foot then yes. Jungle rot is something else that has to do with feet being cold and wet and laser will not have any bearing on that.
