I'm suffering from pounding heart and paralysis. could it be nightmares or a heart condition?

No: A panic attack is sudden anxiety attack during which you breath too rapidly with some chest pain, puonding heart and shortness of breath and feeling like impending doom lasting for about 5-10 minutes. At that time you develop numbness esp in fingers and around lips with spasm of your hands feeling like paralyzed. Also following the panic attcks is extreme exhaustion feeling paralyzed.
