Ulnar nerve: Sensation to the small finger is supplied by the ulnar nerve. The ulnar nerve lies along the inside part of the elbow. Swelling, pressure or an injury to the ulnar nerve at the same time as your fracture may be responsible for your symptoms.

Ulnar nerve: Injured. When you hit your "funny bone" it is actually your ulnar nerve.
