Yes, possibly: Injury to the pituitary stalk can potentially lead to galactorrhea (case reports available), although the impact would likely affect other hormones as well, leading to e.g. Diabetes insipidus. If i had a patient with post-traumatic galactorrhea i'd be suspicious of a pre-existing pituitary prolactinoma and get prolactin levels and brain MRI to rule out such a lesion. Treatment - medical first.
