What is the proper way to apply flonase spray?

Nasal spray: Sounds easy but commonly misused. The correct way is to insert it into the nose and tilt it toward the ear then squirt twice; repeat with other nostril do not inhale it. Wipe lightly after use. That's it. Usually see results in 2-7 days. Works best if used daily.
