No: No it doesn't, but both can hinder your normal fertility. Fasting prolactin shouldn't usually be above around 20-25 ng/ml and TSH ideally should be less than about 2.0. These probelems might go together, or may be independent. Repeating teh prolactin fasting is helpful (if you haven't already done so.).
