A member asked:

Are high lh (90 miu/ml) and fsh (168 miu/ml) in a post menopausal woman indicative of pituitary disease? (normal prolactin, cortisol (am), tsh)

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Menopause.: Those levels being elevated would usually be the biochemical correlate of the menopause, and would then be normal in this context.
