Aware, not worried: Endometriosis is not a risk for problem pregnancies or miscarriage. Vaginal bleeding early on is common, but sometimes a warning of problems to come (technically it is not a 'period.') the ultrasound with a heartbeat beats everything else, and suggests you're okay. Keep up with your doctor visits.
