Unlikely, but..: Why suffer. At your age, it would be very rare for stomach cancer to occur (but not impossible). On the other hand, you have symptoms that deserve evaluation and appropriate treatment.

Don't guess: What is your family history? What other symptoms do you have? Are your bowel movements normal? Stomach cancer isn't that common in a 22 year old, but not unheard of.

Stomach pain: Common things happen commonly. Stomach cancer is not common at your age- unless you have a significant family history of stomach cancer at young age. Other things like gastritis/inflammation on the stomach lining, stomach ulcer, acid reflux, spastic bowel etc- are way, way more common than stomach cancer at your age. Go to see your doc and have yourself checked.

See your doctor: Liklihood is very low. Symptoms and concerns like these mandate a thorough evaluation by your doctor. Only after such an evaluation, which may include labs and radiographic examinations, can he/she let you know what's going on and how best to help you.

Almost impossible: Stomach cancer in a 22-year old is almost unheard of. Stomach cancer is not usually painful. The most common signs are passing stool that is black like tar, worsening appetite, persistent vomiting or vomiting blood. Any of these symptoms should be worked up by a physician. Abdominal pain in a young person is most commonly not important. Can be irritable bowel, gallstones, etc.
