Use it!: I like to think that daily life is therapy. If you want to strengthen further, grab a rolled up sock and work on closing your fist around it, or waste your money buying a squeezy ball, or silly putty. General everyday use of your hand is really all you need to keep tone, unless you are trying to recover from an injury.
