Grip Training: Train pinching, crushing & supporting muscles. 1. Pinch weighted object between index finger/thumb and hold to side, 2. Use stress/raquet/ or tennis ball in repetitive squeezing, can be repeated 2-3 times per week and should be trained to muscle exhaustion. Too hard - try sand. Push open hand into bucket of sand, make tight fist, pull out, repeat. 3. Strengthen forearm mm with curling exercises.
