Menstrual changes: There are numerous reasons why your periods will change. Extreme weight changes alone can make it irregular. Find out first the results of your ultrasound. You might need a blood test to check your hormone levels. Consult your gynecologist about your condition. Ask about the possibility of polycystic ovarian sndrome.
