Probably: I suppose just the increased blood flow to the pelvic region may explain this. I've had other women tell me the same thing but i can't really think of a mechanism other than the blood flow issue noted above.

Is it necessary to tell my doctor that i get hemorrhoids? They go away, but i do get them every time i get a lil constipated.
