I have had hemorrhoid trouble all my like with on and off constipation. i had bright red blood like i sometimes do in the toilet today along with when i wiped like a bloody mucus or clot. is this normal when u have hemorrhoids to have the little clot?

Yes: Hemorrhoids bleed to various degree. People on blood thinners or anti platelet issues more common. Having some bloody mucus with or without clots is not unheard of.

This could be : IBS-C , IBD or Hemorrhoids. Internal hemorroids bleeds but not painful. See your doctor to get checked if persist.
