Very confusing: There are too many numbers -- if you are taking Coumadin or warfarin, you need to have pt(protime) and inr(international ratio) monitored every month -- commonly the therapeutic range of INR is between 2 and 3. So if your INR is 0.85, then your warfarin dose is not enough -- please discuss this with your monitoring doctor!
