7 days to 10 days: Depends on what type of rhinoplasty is being performed. If nasal osteotomies are performed the nasal cast(splint) is in place for 7-10 days bruising is more significant with osteotomies. If only tip rhinoplasty is performed then typically 5-7 days would be required. Keep in mind there will still be swelling that will present but you still will be able to return to work.

Time Off After Rhino: Time off depends upon what you do. If you can work from home, then you will be able to focus after about 5 days. If you need to be seen at work, then 8 days is usually fine, even with full osteotomies. Important meetings: wait 2 weeks. Do not expect to sit at home and get a lot of work done in the first few days. Energy is down, focusing is hard.

Rhinoplasty recovery: Dear areshelioso, if you do not want people to notice, 2 weeks is conservative. After that time, the bruising should all be gone and there will be a little swelling that is not noticeable. Best regards, nima shemirani.

1-2 weeks: Most people take a week or two off from work. Bruising sometimes may still be present though. Also, swelling will still be present as well.
