Call surgeon: Your postop care covers 90 days of follow-up care at no additional cost. It's included with your surgeries. So it's best to contact her/him, and find out what you can do to relieve the pain, and swelling, and to feel more comfortable during your healing. You need to find out how long this will last, so that you can have peace of mind, and plan other things you can do now to help it along.

Rhinoplasty: It takes at least a year to recover from rhinoplasty. At this point, things may feel a bit stiff as your body lays down collagen in the operated areas. It will soften with time. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon at your next postop visit.
