Possibly but...: Tendon problems are usually caused by strains/sprains/repetitive use but certain nutrients are involved in tendon health. If you have tendon problems it may help to take vitamin c, manganese, zinc and the Amino Acids proline and lysine. Anti-inflammatory herbs like curcumin & homeopathic ointments like traumeel may also help.
