New shoes.: A new pair of high quality running shoes may alleviate the condition. Decrease mileage for a while to give the tissue a chance to rest. Apply ice to area, Ibuprofen for a week or two. Custom orthotics/arch supports. Consult a local podiatrist with experience in this area.

Not that way: Did you notice that all the replies basically told you that they cannot really help plantar fasciitis? It is usually hard to fix with standard sports medicine. But you can get they pain under control and start healing with modest heat treatments while using the Doctor's Pain Reflex treatment.
