Yes: It is certainly safe but your body will change and you will likely want revisions at some time.

It is better not to.: Pregnancy after a tummy tuck can be problematic but is not usually so. The stretching of the abdominal wall with pregnancy can ruin the benefits of a tummy tuck particularly if a muscular repair was part of the surgery. It is better to wait until after childbearing to have a tummy tuck. The breast surgery is less likely to go awry with later pregnancy but that can happen as well.

Yes, but....: The best order is childbirth then mommy makeover. The main reason for this is that pregnancy after a breast augmentation or tummy tuck can stretch the breast and belly, and may undo some of the benefits of your cosmetic procedures. Additional surgery may be needed to restore your prepregnancy shape.

Yes.: Yes, it is okay to get pregnant after tummy tuck or breast surgery. However, if you do so you should be aware that additional surgery may be necessary to correct the changes that may occur during and after pregnancy. For this reason, if possible, it is best to undergo these operations when patients have completed pregnancies. Best wishes.

Not recommended: It's wiser to finish having your children before having a tummy tuck. After all, the pregnancy is going to re-stretch your recently repaired tummy skin! pregnancy after breast implants is much less of a concern - although there may be some "wear & tear" on the breast shape!

Yes, but not ideal: Getting pregnant after a tummy tuck or breast augmentation is likely safe but it's likely to alter your results. You may also have a decreased ability to breast feed. Some suggest that because the abdominal muscles are tightened during tummy tuck, this could constrict uterine growth, but this hasn't been shown true and it is more likely that your muscles will be stretched once more.
