Could someone get pregnant if they did not go back for their depo-provera shot, my breast are real sore and i have been getting sick on the stomach a lot lately and my breast has never hurt like this before?

Yes: Being late or skipping a depo=provera injection can make it more likely to get pregnant and remove your birth control protection. Your symptoms could easily be secondary to having gotten pregnant. Get a pregnancy test and go for prenatal care if positive. I would see an ob-gyn doctore even if the pregnancy test is negative.
