Not uncommon: Insurance companies often are difficult to work with, but your current policy may not cover chiropractic, as many policies do not. First read your policy and ask for advice if some of the language is unclear. Also talk to your chiropractor, and get that office involved. Might want to also talk to the insurance doctor or nurse.
