No: Numbness in the head may not be tia/ you may have to look for other causes such as neuropathy, anemia, B12 deficiencies etc. You need a thorough evaluation with a neurologist.

Unlikely..: First i would like to know your age, if you have high blood pressure, cholesterol, family history of stroke and heart attack. If you could describe your symptom with duration and location we can predict the likelihood of this being TIA or not.

Long shot, but theres been plenty of times where I went to the ER thinking Im having a stroke, mri and ct scans are always clear, I get this numbness on my right side of my head some days it last all day others off and on and doctors has no answer?
