No: Numbness in the head may not be tia/ you may have to look for other causes such as neuropathy, anemia, B12 deficiencies etc. You need a thorough evaluation with a neurologist.

Unlikely..: First i would like to know your age, if you have high blood pressure, cholesterol, family history of stroke and heart attack. If you could describe your symptom with duration and location we can predict the likelihood of this being TIA or not.
