Does anyone have high platelet count that is not correlated with bad diseases?

Yes: Could be related to lots of other conditions , like low iron ; recent trauma or surgery ; chronnic platlets , myeloproliferative disease , but if plts greater than 650 k - then should go to see a blood specialist.
