DONT DO IT!!!: Dermal graft lip augmentation is when a surgeon takes a contiguos strip of dermis and fat usually from the groin area and slides it in the lip from one side to the other. This never looks natural, does not move like a normal lip and is something you would surely regret. Stick with a hyaluronic acid filler or your own injected fat and a surgeon you can trust!
