Whoa: Please forgive my frankness. Especially at your age, the key to a man looking good is intensive and joyful exercising, not plastic surgery except to correct a real birth defect. With your history, please consider whether you might have body dysmorphic disorder, and any plastic procedure will leave you dissatisfied.

Juvederm/ restylane (dermal fillers): No, it would not be weird for an 18 year old male to get dermal filler in his lips. While it isn't quite as common for men to get this type of treatment, i assure you that there are a lot of men who want to improve their appearance. I would recommend either juvederm, or restylane (dermal fillers). They are both hyaluronic acid. It gives the most natural look, if you don't like it it is the easiest to remove.

Injectable filler: Injections with fillers are not necessarily feminizing. Discuss your aesthetic goals with your physician so you can achieve an acceptable result.

Hyaluronic acid: hyaluronic acid products are best for the lips. It is up to you, and if you are interested see a facial cosmetic surgeon for s consult to discuss risks and benefits. Then, decide for yourself.
