Genioplasty, etc.: Yes, you will experience significant swelling of the chin and cheeks and lips after a genioplasty plus fat grafts to cheeks plus lip fillers. Generally speaking, the swelling will actually increase for the first 72 hours, then slowly subside over a couple of weeks.

3 weeks ok: Yes, significant swelling after these 2 procedures. Most gone in 3 weeks. Any swelling that still exists will not likely be noticed by others.
